Service Scope

AKEAKAMAI AI LLC provides website, AI automation, CRM, software, connected-system and infrastructure support. Exact services depend on the approved proposal, plan or statement of work.

Custom Project Proposals

Custom work begins with discovery and may include our Audience Blueprint, Digital Foundation and initial Growth Scorecard when they fit the project. After discovery, you receive a clear scope based on your goals, current tools, business needs and approved priorities.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, required account access, content, brand materials and approvals. Clients are responsible for business decisions, legal compliance for their own industry, customer promises, third-party account ownership and final approval of public content. Delays, missing access or inaccurate information may delay the project or change the scope.

Payment, Plans and Renewal

Payment, renewal and cancellation terms are listed in the approved proposal, plan or invoice. Clients must agree to the Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy before enrollment or checkout.

Ownership and Third-Party Tools

Final ownership and administrative access transfer after full payment and completion of any required handoff steps. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, hosting, search engines, analytics tools, AI tools, payment processors and connected platforms remain subject to their own licenses, limits, outages, fees and policy changes.

Delays, Revisions and Change Requests

Project timelines depend on scope, content, approvals, access and third-party services. Extra work outside the approved scope requires written approval and may change the timeline or proposal.

Access, Use and Confidential Information

Clients must provide approved access when needed. Both sides should protect confidential business information. Clients may not use services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive activity.

AI-Assisted Tools

AKEAKAMAI AI LLC may use AI-assisted tools and internal workflows to support discovery, quality checks, reporting and website improvement. AI-assisted output is reviewed by a human before client delivery when it affects strategy, public copy, reporting or implementation.

Transparency Metrics and Scorecards

AKEAKAMAI AI LLC uses practical metrics, progress notes and scorecards to show movement over time. These scorecards are meant to make work visible, show what changed and guide better decisions. They are not guarantees of traffic, revenue, rankings or any fixed business result.

No Guarantees

AKEAKAMAI AI LLC does not guarantee first-page Google results, specific keyword positions, search visibility, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, conversion rates, AI-generated answers, platform approvals or other business outcomes. We offer steady improvement work, transparent reporting and Akamai-informed recommendations based on the client’s business needs.

Errors, Omissions and Corrections

If a client believes AKEAKAMAI AI LLC made an error or omission in the agreed work, the client must notify us in writing with enough detail to review the concern. When a confirmed issue is within our responsibility and scope, our first remedy is to correct, revise or reperform the affected work within a reasonable time. We are not responsible for issues caused by client-provided information, unapproved changes, third-party platforms, expired access, outside vendors or work outside the approved scope.

Security, E&O and Liability

AKEAKAMAI AI LLC uses reasonable security and quality practices, but no website, account, integration, AI tool, hosting provider or online system can be promised to be fully secure or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AKEAKAMAI AI LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost rankings or lost business opportunities.

Disputes, Termination and Law

Clients should contact AKEAKAMAI AI LLC in writing first so both sides can try to resolve concerns in good faith. These terms are intended to be governed by Hawaiʻi law.
